I was thrilled when the latest topic of Pink and Orange came up on the Paperartsy blog.
So, be warned, this is just my first attempt!
I began by creating a master board using all of my fresco pinks and oranges, braiding, stamping, doodling with post pens and to finish, added some lines of glue with my Tombo stick and overlaid with pink foil.
I drew some houses onto the back of the master board, cut them out, doodled onto them and assembled them onto my simple landscape background.
To finish, I stamped along the horizon using a stamp from HP1601, bending it slightly to fit the curves.
Really enjoyed playing and am entering this into the PaperArtsy challenge.
I love this Hazel. I adore the colour combo and - as you probably know -I'm obsessed with art that features whimsical little houses. Beautiful use of the masterboard. xxx
ReplyDeleteWow! Your off at full pelt! Love your little landscape....such fun. I have to say I really don't like this challenge colour combo so it will be a big effort for me to create something for it. My mind will be going 'Eeuww! No!!!' So we'll have to see if I can overcome it, lol!
