Grungeflower tag

Had another go at this Grungepaste challenge this afternoon as it has been bugging me that I have dried up with ideas.
Decided to use one of my favourite stencils and use the Grungepaste as a cement.

I aged my fabric with some coffee; Grungepasted the flower and quickly set to pushing seed beads into the paste.
Then,I used the stencil and coffee archival onto the fabric and zigzag stitched around it!

I brayered a background using frescos, stencilled again with watering can archival, scribbled a white border and double mounted my fabric.
The word plate has got rusting powder rubbed into the indentations.
So, there's my Grungeflower tag!

    gorgeous tag, Hazel! I wondered about putting beads into the paste.. it looks great, and that's one of my favourite stencils, too.

    The effect on this is superb, Hazel. I love those beads against the white of the Grunge and the texture of the fabric looks great with it too. I know you are concerned about your Mojo, but what you've been creating has looked pretty good to me! xx

    This is great Hazel and one of my favourite stencils too! Love the beads and especially love the stencilling onto the fabric and the rust in the lettering.

    I love this stencil so much i have both sizes lol! Stunning, sensational and texturally amazing, loving the beads and the sewn elements very much.

    Great tag, love the beads! I wanted to put beads and micro beads in paste too but my get up and go got up and went! Well done for using paste on fabric.
